Week of April 15th, 2013

Hip Hip Horray ….   Verizon has sent a contractor and his team (free) to design and install new molding to update the look of our school, currently we are in the upperschool. The new molding will be installed in the hallways, classrooms and offices.   Shortly after that Verizon will come and install new internet cable and TV coax (FREE) and  we will be on our way to  FIOS in the school.

Mrs. Crawford uses Waterless hand cleaner, Tissues, lysol spray and wipes to cut down the spread of germs. She has been suppling this all year for the lab.  All the students in K through 8 use the computer lab  in the upper school and She is requesting any one who would like to donate an item to mark the bottle, box or can with “MRS. C”  and send it with your child on computer day. The donation would be greatly appreciated.    Thank you in advance.

Grade 3 Penguin project – Venn Diagrams on line   we did a wonderful job!  The principal was in to watch our class and we were ANGELS!!!   Mrs. Crawford treated us to Penguin Pops made special for our class.  The students like the project so much they even put an article in the newsletter.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the Montgomery County St. Patrick’s day Parade  in Conshohocken. Plenty of fun for the whole family. Parade starts at 2 down Fayette street. Come join the fun with floats, bands, firetrucks and the AOH clubs.   Irish Thunder will keep you in step!  —-Keep an eye out for that Leprechaun!!!!!!!!

K  Math I know that from portaportal    iknowthat.com but they could only go so far before we had to pay for the program. This would be a good investment look and see.We then changed to Circus simon The stacking game Circus Simon teaches children math sequences using elephants, clowns, and lions. This math game also helps kids develop their motor skills and memory skills.

 

pre-k  letter blast we had to locate letters that popped up we used the mouse to point to the alphabet line.

The 3′s came to class to use grover we dressed him in silly outfits while we learned only to press certain things.
